Gamble to relieve stress or other personal problems - you probably are
not thinking at your best.
What
to do if you think you're addicted
Nine
times out of ten you won't believe you have a problem, it's more than
likely that a friend or loved one makes comments to you.
Do
not get defensive - if you do it probably means they're right and you do
have a problem.
If
in doubt contact one of the gamblers associations or ask a friend or loved
one to do it on your behalf. Chances are they will already have
called before broaching the subject with you.
A
gambling addiction can not only destroy your life but the lives of family
and friends. Keep it in proportion and have fun.
